Ministry of Housing visits

Ministry of Housing visits Al Kobaisi Building System Factory participated by the heads and chiefs of different Directorate. The assembly was held at Al Kobaisi Group main office hall at Hidd Industrial Area on August 28, 2014 at 10:00 am opened by Mr. Farooqahmed, Factory Manager (Precast & Building System division). The program ran with the view of our previous prestigious projects along with the major partners who facilitated the operation of Al Kobaisi Building Systems. Mr. Farooq underlined the vision of KBS as a reliable and complete building solutions for Kingdom of Bahrain along with the mission of total customer satisfaction. The presentation broke the eye of the audience as Mr. Abdulla Al Kobaisi, Managing Director barely mentioned the existing housing situations of the community, along the way, MoH’s keenness triggered out as the solution presented on the shape of Kobaisi Building System. Through this system, we could achieve the highest quality, cut costs, less material wastage, time saving, less manpower and environment friendly. Firstly introduced in the Kingdom of Bahrain to make the construction easier than the traditional way.

The presentation continues with the stages of the building system stringently explained by the brain of the system, Mr. Abdullah Al Kobaisi. Questions were raised laterally during the presentation and out of the perfect design from German technology, audience left amazed with the initiative implemented by Mr. Al Kobaisi to provide solution in current housing crisis.

The program then stretched out with the visit in the factory spearheaded by Mr. Al Kobaisi. The tour led them to witness the state-of- the-start technology, which kept their senses in a vision to lead the way ahead.

Finally, the audience expressed honor to the system and left the factory with full hope of solving the increasing number of housing application in the Kingdom. “…I feel this is the opportunity and a good Media to introduce this system”. Mr. Ameer Affooni, Head of Construction Projects stressed on during the presentation.

Welcoming Ramadan

Al Kobaisi Group headed by the Managing Director ABDULLA AL KOBAISI conducts Welcoming Ramadhan Program attended by all the staff, Supervisors and General Managers. A short and inspiring lecture was delivered by Mr. Al Kobaisi regarding the significance of Ramadhan. Al Kobaisi staff are group from different nationalities such as Filipinos, Indias, Bahrainis, Egyptians, Sri Lankans, Pakistanis, Bangladeshi and Africans and mostly Christians, Hindus and Muslims. Mr. Al Kobaisi highlighted the importance of observing fasting with wisdom; being good to one another regardless of religion. All the staff were awe with the integrity and generosity of Mr. Al Kobaisi not only by material but also knowledge and wisdom. The program followed by presenting a token of appreciation for Mr. Al Kobaisi given by the staff. An appreciation was addressed for him being kind, generous and supportive to his employees. The program ended with the distribution of Ramadhan kit to all employees which has been the practice of Mr. Al Kobaisi yearly during Ramadhan.

Monthly sales achivement

Al Kobaisi Group has been nurtured with self-determination and achieving target is the most valuable piece of being an employee. This month, May 10, 2018 another targets has been achieved by the Sales Team and Operation department. As practice, the top sales executive shall take a step up on the stage to receive the fruits of his hardwork. Mr. Rajeevan Chodal has been on top for more than 2 years followed by the Sales Executives who’ve been working decades in the company. Mr. Al Kobaisi led the program with his inspirational talk that encourages other Sales to achieve the target.

Ramadhan Kit distribution

Al Kobaisi Group gives away the Ramadhan Kit prior to enter the holy month of Ramadhan. It has been the practice of Mr. Abdulla Al Kobaisi, Managing Director to distribute grocery items for the employees in preparation of Ramadhan. Along with the kit is his warmth greetings of Ramadhan Mubarak extended to every family of his employees.

Employee of the month 2017

Al Kobaisi Group held sales achievement ceremony on February 20, 2017 at the main office premises, Hidd Industrial Area. The program has been a practice monthly to appreciate the hard work of the employees who have cross the given target. With the new vehicles and machinery, the month of January was the highest peak of sales for all divisions and Mr. Abdulla Al Kobaisi, Managing Director has prepared a surprising gifts to pay off everyone’s hard work which include Sales Team, Mr. Rajeevan Chodal made the top 1, Production & Operation Departments. Among the achievers were Kobaisi Block Factory, Kobaisi Readymix Hidd & Sitra Plant, Kobaisi Precast & Kobaisi Motors.

As part of the program, Mr. Al Kobaisi made the privilege speech in presence of all office staffs speaking the worst market situation of the Kingdom and how as a team needs to prepare for it. The team also assured that the sales flow will be consistent strictly following the sales, operation & quality procedures while Mr. Abdulla pledged to provide more facilities for each department so as to brace up the operation. Al Kobaisi has been emerging the operational vehicles and machineries early this year to broaden up supply to the increasing demand of customers.

Ramadan Gathering 2014

Eligible employees of AL KOBAISI GROUP are provided a wide range of benefits. A number of the programs cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law and other fringe benefits being given by AKG. Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors including employee classification and gatherings being given by the Management every month, wherein we recognize our employees by giving employee of the month, incentives for hitting the target sales and most important thing is the camaraderie of all divisions, which we emphasize TEAM BUILDING and teamwork for all.

Month of January 2014 is an unforgettable big day for the employees of AKG as this is the first gathering for the year 2014 wherein we started to recognize all loyal employees who are serving the company for 10 years and more and at the same time we presented the employee of the month in each division.

AKG made a habit that we do the gathering monthly as for the month of February 2014, we presented the employee of the month, incentives being given to the employees who have hit the target on each division.

It was a memorable gathering last March 2014, wherein we celebrated the Birthday of our Managing Director and enjoy the gathering with lots of games and each division got closer and created a teamwork.

Month of April 2014, gathering focused on team building and all about games, after enjoying the games we presented the employee of the month and the incentives in each division.

Ramadan Gathering was celebrated successfully and all employees have their Ramadan kit which is consist of 5 kilos rice, cooking oil, salt, sugar, milk, tea, dal, onions and potatoes, wherein all employees shared their happy moments before the start of HOLY RAMADAN.
